Seven-day lockdown from Monday: Quader

Dhaka::The government has decided to impose a seven-day lockdown from Monday amid the deteriorating situation of the coronavirus outbreak in the country.

Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader disclosed this on Saturday.

For the last few days, more than 6,000 coronavirus cases have been reported across the country on a daily basis. And just a day before, Friday, it was the highest ever daily jump at 6,830.
